This box-shaped, asymmetric concept van was presented at the 28th Tokyo Motor Show. Chapeau is French for "hat." While some referred to it as a "Luxurious phone booth," the interior design was quite capable (if you like pink). It included a sizeable semi-circular speedometer with two small gauges on each side.
