The Isuzu Gemini Wizard, unveiled at the 29th Tokyo Motor Show in 1991, is a rare concept car that never made it to production. Based on the 3rd generation Isuzu Gemini Coupé, the Wizard was a speedster version designed to showcase Isuzu’s innovative styling and performance potential. Unlike the standard Gemini Coupé, the Wizard featured a unique open roof and a nosecone design that set it apart. However, these distinct features, including the open roof and the modified nose, were never seen in Isuzu’s showrooms, as they were only part of the concept car's one-off design.
The 1991 Gemini Wizard was significant as it marked the final generation of the Gemini model made by Isuzu. While this version of the Gemini was not destined for mass production, its futuristic look and unique features gave a glimpse into Isuzu's design aspirations at the time. In the United States, the third-generation Gemini was sold under the Geo brand as the Geo Storm, a car that had a more conventional design than the striking Wizard concept.
