2003 Lexus LF-X Concept


The Lexus LF-X Concept is a crossover vehicle that represents the brand's vision for future luxury SUVs. The designation LF-X stands for Lexus Future-Crossover (X). It was the first model introduced in the LF Series and was initially revealed as the HP-X concept.


Positioned between the Lexus RX crossover and the larger GX SUV, the LF-X is designed to accommodate three rows of seating, offering more passenger space compared to the RX's two rows. It is built on the GS 430 platform and features a powerful 300-horsepower V8 engine.


The LF-X boasts a customizable instrument panel that allows drivers to adjust size, position, and color according to their preferences. Additionally, the rear seat entertainment system includes screens that can be deployed from the center console for passenger enjoyment.


In terms of dimensions, the LF-X measures 4,935 mm (194.3 inches) in length, 1,984 mm (78.1 inches) in width, and 1,646 mm (64.8 inches) in height, with a wheelbase of 2,959 mm (116.5 inches). This concept vehicle emphasizes Lexus's commitment to luxury, comfort, and innovative design.
