The 2004 Ford Fiesta RS Concept was a high-performance prototype based on the fifth-generation Fiesta, showcasing Ford’s ambitions for a hot hatch variant. With aggressive styling, enhanced aerodynamics, and a sportier chassis setup, the RS Concept hinted at a potential rally-inspired road car. However, when Ford eventually released the production Fiesta ST, it was a far more toned-down version of the concept, offering respectable performance but lacking the RS badge and extreme styling cues. The RS Concept remains an intriguing glimpse at what could have been—a hardcore Fiesta that never came to fruition.
