2024 MG Cyber GTS Concept

MG has introduced the Cyber GTS concept, a hardtop version of its stunning Cyberster electric roadster, at the 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed. This new concept aims to gauge interest for a potential production model in Europe.

Key Features:

  • Design: The Cyber GTS features a 2+2 layout and a fastback design with a sleek roofline that stretches into the rear decklid, ending in a duckbill spoiler. The front end retains the Cyberster's distinctive look, while the rear includes an aggressive diffuser and prominent winglets.

  • Inspiration: The GTS concept pays homage to the MGC GTS Sebring race car from the late '60s and celebrates MG's 100th anniversary.

  • Interior: Although the interior isn't finalized, it offers a 2+2 seating arrangement, adding practicality to its sporty design.

  • Powertrain: While specific details are not disclosed, it's expected to mirror the Cyberster's electric setup. The roadster features a rear-wheel-drive electric motor producing 335 horsepower.

Production Prospects:

Currently, the Cyber GTS is a concept, but MG is using the Goodwood Festival to gauge fan interest. If there's enough enthusiasm, this hardtop electric coupe could see production in the near future. However, like the Cyberster, the GTS won't be available in the U.S.

The MG Cyber GTS concept showcases the brand's commitment to blending heritage with modern electric performance, making it a potential hit in the European market.
