The Touring Superleggera Veloce12 is a stunning restomod inspired by the classic Ferrari 550 Maranello. Unveiled at Monterey Car Week, the Veloce12 is a limited-edition project, priced at 690,000 euros excluding the donor car, with only 30 units planned for production. This modern interpretation combines the elegant lines and organic shapes of mid-20th century Italian design with advanced materials and technology, resulting in a high-performance grand tourer that balances luxury with dynamic capability powered by a naturally aspirated 5.5-liter V12 engine, similar to the Ferrari 550 Maranello’s F133 A/C V12. However, Touring Superleggera has enhanced the engine’s output from 485 to 510 horsepower, paired with the original six-speed manual gearbox, resulting in a thrilling, unfiltered driving experience. The car’s carbon fiber bodywork significantly reduces its weight, which is complemented by an adaptive suspension and a superior Brembo braking system featuring six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers. These modifications enable the Veloce12 to exceed the performance metrics of the Ferrari 550 Maranello, which already boasts a top speed of 320 km/h and a 0-100 km/h time of 4.4 seconds .
