The Jaguar XJ220, originally introduced in the early 1990s as one of the world’s fastest supercars, has received a fresh, modern update in the form of a virtual bodykit designed by Khyzyl Saleem, the designer behind the TWR Supercat. Saleem’s digital redesign gives the classic XJ220 a bold new look, enhancing its aggressive stance and performance-focused details.
The update includes wider fenders that add a more muscular and dynamic profile, as well as additional cooling vents to improve airflow and engine cooling, addressing the needs of high-performance driving. A carbon fibre splitter at the front enhances aerodynamics, providing greater downforce and stability. At the rear, Saleem’s vision introduces new LED tail-lights, which offer a sleek, modern touch, while a larger carbon fibre diffuser increases rear downforce, ensuring improved handling at speed.
Although this restyling is currently confined to the digital realm, it’s possible for any of the 275 Jaguar XJ220 owners who want to transform their cars into a more contemporary, aggressive version to turn Saleem's design into reality. This virtual reimagining of the XJ220 combines retro charm with cutting-edge design elements, offering a glimpse into the future of supercar customization while respecting the car's iconic heritage.
