The 2004 Audi A4 Coupé-Cabrio was a unique proposal by Finnish coachbuilder Valmet, envisioning a folding hardtop version of the B6 series A4. Presented at the Geneva Motor Show, this concept aimed to offer a blend of coupe-like refinement with the open-air freedom of a convertible. However, Audi was already producing a soft-top A4 Cabriolet and showed little interest in Valmet’s alternative. Despite its practicality and engineering merit, the Coupé-Cabrio remained a one-off study, never making it past the concept stage.
