The Pagani Utopia Roadster, the latest in the Italian hypercar maker's lineup, has been revealed as a stunning removable-roof version of Pagani’s V12 Project C10. Developed alongside its sibling, the Utopia Coupé, this roadster weighs an identical 1,280 kg (2,822 lbs). Production is limited to just 130 units, with prices starting at €3.1 million ($3.4 million).
Pagani will officially debut the Utopia Roadster at “The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering” on August 16, 2024, during Monterey Car Week. The hypercar represents the pinnacle of Pagani’s design and engineering prowess, combining advanced technology with a timeless aesthetic. Equipped with a Pagani V12 engine, the Utopia Roadster is free from hybridization, focusing on mechanical purity. It also incorporates cutting-edge features like the Pirelli Cyber™ Tyre system, which enhances safety by allowing the tires to communicate with the vehicle.
At Pagani's stand during Monterey Car Week, attendees will be able to see other iconic roadsters that trace the history of the brand, including the Zonda Arrivederci, the Huayra Roadster, the Huayra Roadster BC, and the Imola Roadster. Notably, the Zonda Arrivederci will make its public debut. Horacio Pagani, the brand’s founder, will also be present to meet enthusiasts and collectors.
The Utopia Roadster is designed to offer an exhilarating open-air driving experience while maintaining the same weight and performance characteristics as the coupé. Its unique blend of aesthetic refinement, high performance, and customizable features ensures that each unit will be a one-of-a-kind expression of its owner’s personality. The roadster will also be featured in a parade at the "Exotics on Broadway" event on August 17, giving the public an up-close view of this remarkable vehicle.
