2018 Shelby GT500 Super Snake Continuation Series (1967 Super Snake)

Shelby American introduced the 2018 Shelby GT500 Super Snake Continuation Series, a limited edition that pays homage to the original 1967 Super Snake. Only 10 units of these cars will be produced, each built with a choice of either an aluminum or cast-iron 7.0-liter V8 engine capable of producing more than 550 hp.


With prices starting at $249,995, these continuation models offer a rare opportunity to own a piece of Shelby history, combining vintage charm with modern performance. The original 1967 Shelby GT500 Super Snake recently sold for over $1.3 million, highlighting the iconic status and enduring value of these cars.


The GT500 Super Snake Continuation Series captures the essence of the classic Shelby Mustang while delivering cutting-edge performance and craftsmanship, making it a coveted collector’s item.
