The 2004 Holden SST Concept was a bold, one-off pick-up truck based on the Holden One-Tonner. Featuring a step-side utility design, the SST was powered by a 300hp Generation III V8 engine, offering both performance and utility. This unique concept was presented at the Melbourne International Motor Show, showcasing Holden's ability to blend muscle car performance with practical pick-up truck functionality. While it generated interest, the SST remained a concept vehicle and was never mass-produced, leaving it as a standout example of Holden's design and engineering potential.
